Setiap kali saya balik dari Kuantan, saya singgah di R&R Genting Sempah untuk makan ayam penyet. Pertama kali saya makan agak sedap ayam penyet dan harga pun berpatutan iaitu RM8.
Gerai yang menjual ayam penyet ialah Gerai Makanan Farah.
Kali kedua saya makan agak mengecewakan kerana tempe tidak segar, lembik dan sambal yang terlebih pedas.
Walaubagaimanapun nasi, ayam penyet dan sup agak sedap.
Paip di Gugusan Mawar, Kota Damansara adalah lama dan banyak karat dalam paip. Ramai jiran-jiran telah tukar paip besi lama tersebut ke PVC atau hansen paip.
Saya belum lagi menukar paip kerana masih ada penyewa. Jadi untuk mengurangkan masalah air yang berkarat saya telah meletak penapis air sebelum masuk ke tangki air.
Setiap tahun saya akan menukar penapis air untuk memastikan yang air bersih sentiasa masuk ke tangki air. Ini kerana sebelum ini kepala paip sinki dapur selalu rosak disebabkan banyak debu-debu karat.
Pada 27/4/2024 Sabtu saya telah menukar penapis air di unit saya.
1. Tutup terlebih dahulu punca Air Selangor
2. Buka penapis air mengikut arah lawan jam.
3. Ganti dengan penapis air baru, kemudian ketatkan semula penapis air mengikut arah jam.
Recently Tanjung Aru and basically whole Sabah had acute water disruption. My family even had to use mineral water to shower.
Due to that, we installed third water tank to ensure in future we have enough water for few days.
We bought 400 gallons Tomher water tank at RM480. I wanted to buy Weida water tank but there were no stocks.
I wanted to buy Weida water tank because we have one Weida water tank and it has been well serving us for 10 years without problem.
It costs me RM480 for the water tank and bought it at Pemborong Maju Hardware at Putatan.
I did compared with Weida 400 gallons water tank and it costs RM410.
Size: 168 cm x 168 cm x 9 cm (thickness).
The concrete slab requires:
1) Cement 2x bags
2) Stones 8x bags
3) Sand 5x bags
The new water tank is connected to existing water tank so we have more water storage.
We installed stop cock from new water tank to existing water tank. So we close the new water tank stop cock and will only open if the first water tank is empty.
It requires at least 2 days.
Slab construction and wait it to dry: 1 day
Piping installation: 1 day
1) Water Tank and its accessories : RM533.30
2) Cements, Sand & Stones & PVC piping, sockets etc: RM90+RM70 = RM160
3) Labour Cost (slab construction and piping installation): RM250
Total Cost: RM943.30
Pengalaman pertama saya berurusan dengan Pejabat Tanah dan saya terpaksa berjalan dari satu tingkat ke satu tingkat dari satu bangunan ke satu bangunan untuk mendapat kebenaran pindahmilik tanah.
Saya ingin membuat pindahmilik dari bapa kepada anak-anak untuk tanah di daerah Kota Kinabalu.
1. Salinan geran tanah yang disahkan benar oleh PPHT yang berkenaan
2. Salinan kad pengenalan pemilik yang disahkan benar oleh Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara
3. Salinan kad pengenalan bakal pemilik yang disahkan benar oleh Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara
4. Salinan sijil lahir bakal pemilik yang disahkan benar oleh Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara
5. Salinan Sijil Anak Negeri (SAN) yang disahkan benar oleh Mahkamah Anak Negeri
Untuk membuat salinan geran tanah yang disahkan benar oleh Pejabat Pemungut Hasil Tanah (PPHT) untuk daerah Kota Kinabalu, saya kena pergi ke bangunan PPHT yang terletak di belakang bangunan Jabatan Tanah & Ukur (JTU).
Saya kena isi borang di Bangunan PPHT dan membuat bayaran di JTU dibahagian lobby. Caj RM50 dikenakan untuk membuat pengesahan.
Selepas membuat bayaran, borang yang telah dicop tadi hendaklah dibawa semula ke PPHT. PPHT akan mengeluarkan salinan yang disahkan dalam masa 15mn dengan syarat pegawai bertugas ada dipejabat.
Untuk ini, saya pergi ke UTC Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman. Proses amatlah sekejap dan masa menunggu untuk pengesahan tidak lama. Cuma masalah parking di UTC.
Saya perlukan Sijil Anak Negeri (SAN) kerana emak saya sino-malay, jadi perlukan SAN. Ini selepas saya pergi ke tingkat 7, bahagian pindahmilik untuk pengesahan salinan yang saya perlukan.
Untuk pengesahan Sijil Anak Negeri, saya pergi ke Wisma Tun Fuad Stephens di Blok A, tingkat satu.
Selepas borang telah lengkap diisi dan disertakan dokumen yang diperlukan, borang tersebut perlu diserahkan di tingkat 7.
Pegawai akan memeriksa untuk memastikan borang diisi dengan betul dan dokumen yang diperlukan adalah lengkap.
Pegawai akan memberi no telefon yang patut dihubungi untuk mengetahui status kebenaran pindahmilik.
I wanted to transfer fund to an account via Maybank2u and I got this error code 00E4.

I have rusty water pipe in my Delima Apartment in Bukit Jelutong. The apartment is 20 years old++ so its water pipe has lots of rust.

If you want to do full settlement for your housing loan at Al Rajhi, you can follow these steps.
You send your request to customersupport@alrajhibank.com.my and Al Rajhi will charge fee of RM10. So you need to have RM10 at your saving accounts where Al Rajhi deducts the monthly installment.
The customer service will give you a form to be filled in. Fill in the form and submit it to any Al Rajhi branch. You must ensure your mailing address is up to date so you can receive the hard copy full settlement letter.
One to two working days you will receive your full settlement letter via email.
Finally I fully settled my housing loan with Al Rajhi bank on 20th September 2023. I took the loan in April, 2010 with tenure of 35 years. At the time I want very low monthly installment that why I have very long tenure.
I started to reduce the principal slowly in May, 2021 then fully settled it by September 2023.

Monthly payment: RM529.33
First 13 years, I paid 70% interest! Only 30% towards principal.
