Saya menggunakan servis aircond Haz untuk servis dua aircond saya iaitu Inverter 1.5HP dan Non Inverter 1HP. Ini pertama kali saya menggunakan Haz untuk servis aircond dan dari pemerhatian saya dia buat kerja dengan cermat.
Cara Servis Haz
1) Gunakan kanvas tanpa perlu tanggal aircond yang mana saya lagi suka kerana tak perlu cabut dan pasang paip aircond semula yang akan buatkan kebocoran gas
2) Dia bersihkan unit indoor sekali casing dan juga filter.
3) Bersihkan unit outdoor sekali
4) Selepas servis memastikan aircond sejuk selama 15 minit dan tengok air outlet keluar dari aircond untuk memastikan servis yang betul.
5) Memberi warranty selama 1 minggu.

Untuk masalah paip bocor saya akan panggil tukang paip / plumber yang saya biasa guna iaitu Rudy. Rudy adalah orang yang boleh dipercayai selain itu harga pun berpatutan.
Saya pernah dapat tukang paip yang cuba menipu nak caj mahal dan baiki benda yang tidak rosak tapi cakap rosak. Sejak itu, saya hanya panggil Rudy dan sanggup tunggu walaupun tahu dia banyak jobs.

Pertama kali saya makan burger ayam di gerai Roti John dan Burger di Restoran Mak Uda. Saya dapati ianya lagi sedap berbanding gerai-gerai burger yang lain saya pernah makan.
Selain itu harga berpatutan iaitu hanya RM4. Kalau tempat lain harga dalam RM4.50 hingga ke RM5 untuk satu burger ayam.

In May 2021, I surveyed properties at Delima and Seroja apartments at Bukit Jelutong. I booked a unit at Delima apartment after I found it was quite good condition and affordable price vs other properties in Delima and Seroja.
Due to MCO, I was only to able sign the Sales & Purchase agreement by October 2021.
Then started the repair and renovation in 1st November and completed it by 26th December 2021.
My contractor did repair and renovation only on Sunday as he did it on part time basis. So in total he did the works for 8 days.
Even though still repair and renovation work in progress, I advertised for rent the unit by 15th December 2021 on mudah.my. Fortunately able to get a booking by a tenant by night on same day. I think I got fast booking because the unit was repair, clean and put additional touch ups that make the unit look better and tenants can live comfortably.
