I had one Unifi Mobile number that I want to terminate. So I called 100 Unifi call centre on how to terminate. According to them I can terminate my Unifi Mobile either
- Going to TM Point
- via online chat at Unifi.my
I wonder why I can’t terminate via phone call. Anyway I chose to terminate via online chat because I don’t want to waste time going to TM Point.
Surprisingly it was a breeze to do the termination via online chat.
Unifi Mobile Verification of the Rightful Phone Number Owner
Unifi agent asked for:
- Phone number to be terminated
- My Identity Card number
- Registered email
Additional Information In Case Refund
The Unifi agent also asked my banks details in case needs to refund any extra payment.
- Bank Name
- Bank account number
- Bank holder name
- Bank type (Islamic or conventional)
- Home address
Explanation of The Termination
- The line will be terminated within 1-3 working days
- Charges will be pro rated
- Final bill will be the next bill.
Conclusion
It was easy to terminate my Unifi Mobile line. The hard part is only to find the termination category in the online chat.
