I bought 2 WIFI sockets from Lazada and configured them accordingly. Last Friday my house’s electricity trip then suddenly I can’t connect anymore to the socket using Smart Life mobile application.

Last Friday my house’s electricity trip then suddenly I coudn’t swith on my Panasonic wifi aircond. It shows Network Error.
My Panasonic wifi aircond is using Panasonic Smart Wifi Control CZ-TACG1 Network Adaptor to enable its WIFI.
When I open my aircond cover, the status and link LED are blinking.
So from there I know I have to reset back my aircond WIFI setting.
Add New Aircond
To reset the WIFI setting, click as if you want to add new aircond

Press Set Up Button until Status LED Change to Blinking Orange
In my case, my Status and Link LED are blinking green. So based on the Panasonic mobile application it asks me to press the reset button with sharp needle and then press set up button until Status link is blinking orange.

Click Next Then The App will Ask To Join the Panasonic AP

Enter Your WIFI password

Then The App will ask to enter Device ID and Password
This step you just cancel it. After this you can control back your aircond without entering the device ID and password.
I found main hole covers near my house area are badly bent. It is really dangerous for any vehicles passing through the road. Furthermore during heavy raining, you can’t really see the dented main holes.
Surprisingly few days after I submitted my complaint, MBSA officer called me and informed me when they will investigate it and told me if it is true the expected timeline to repair it.

Conclusion
I submitted my complaint on 14th April 2021 and the main hole covers are replaced on 15th May 2021. It took MBSA 1 month to replace them.
I like to praise to MBSA for their fast response and quick action.
My kitchen water tap starts to drip even after fully closed it. When I went to hardware shop they told me that a problematic cartridge might cause the water dripping.

See whether The Cartridge Has Problem or No
Mine as you can see there is a small gap.
Replace it With New Cartridge
You can get the cartridge at RM12.90 and the cap around RM8.

I have a housing loan with Maybank. So I want to know how to reduce the principal. So I called Maybank call centre and according to the call centre, I need to deal directly with Maybank branch where I applied my housing loan.

When I call to Maybank branch where I applied my loan, the person in charge informed me the steps.
1) Transfer Extra Payment Directly to Maybank Housing Loan
The extra payment is parked at advance payment but the outstanding loan is still be reduced
2) Outstanding Loan will be Automatically Reduced
3) If Advance Payment is More than the monthly payment, Standing Instruction (SI) is automatically stop for next payment cycle (If you pay from SI)
4) If you want Advance Payment to be transferred directly to Loan Principal
Go to any Maybank branch to give instruction to transfer the advance payment.
It requires customer thumb print to do this thats why have to go to the branch.
I just bought Epson Ecotank L3150 printer to replace my kaput HP printer.
It was a hassle to install the Espon Ecotank because it took time for the printer to self configure. For me it took, around 10 minutes as what the user guide informed.
Ensure that to Start button stays on and nothing is flashing if not you will face error in installing Epson software and driver.
