It was my first time to redeem my Unifi Rewards points. Surprisingly it was quite easy. You just need to login to Unifi website or myUnifi app.

My sink was clogged. I opened up the bottle trap but surprisingly it was clean. So meaning to say, my outlet pipe was clogged. Either I can use a snake or use high pressured water.
I used high pressured water because it was easier as my bidet pipe was just near by and it could be considered as quite high pressured water.
As you notice from the video on 0:15, the water overflow back from the pipe meaning it was clogged.
Put cloths around the outlet pipe to ensure the water really flow down the pipe.

I installed Wifi Autogate controller at my autogate because I want to be able to open my autogate before I reach my home. So when I reach home the gate already open so I just need to park my car.
Besides that, normal autogate remote control hard to open as I need to be near to the autogate box and press few times the button before I can open.
I choose Wifi autogate controller that supports SmartLife application because I use SmartLife to control my ceiling fan, TV and airconds. So want to use same application.

I bought Xiaomi Mi 360 Home Security Camera 2K Pro to install inside my house.
I bought it for RM219 at Xiaomi shop at Ikano Damansara.
You just install Xiaomi Home mobile application.
Then to add camera, just scan the camera QR code. After that just follow step by step instruction by the mobile application.
I highly recommended Xiaomi Mi 360 Home Security Camera 2K Pro as resolution is good, affordable price and ease of use.
I subscribe to TM Unifi Broadband of 500Mbps. I test its speed for different WIFI band frequency and also test my TP Link Mesh Wifi M45.
I’m testing using fast.com and I’m sitting roughly 2 meters from my Wifi router.
I test on 01/04/2022 around 9:55PM.
Results:
Band 2.4GHz: 51 Mbps
Band 5GHz: 140 Mbps
TP Link Mesh Wifi: 250 Mbps
The fastest is to connect to my Mesh Wifi and the max it can get is only half of my 500Mbps.
I installed few Xiaomi Camera devices inside my house and wanted to share with my wife.
From my device, I already shared it to my wife but my wife Xiaomi application didn’t receive any notification.
Actually this is due to my wife region is UK while mine is Malaysia. To solve it ensure the one you share the device with has same region as you.

Previously, lots of cockroaches having a good stroll at night at my kitchen.
I tried few ways such as using poison gel, cockroaches traps and lemongrass but all of them are not effective.
Then I tried cockroach poison power that I bought at Lazada and put it where the cockroaches will go and have a good stroll. haha
This poison powder is really effective. When I first started put the powder, it seems there were hundred and hundred of dead cockroaches. Slowly the number of dead cockroaches going down because their population becoming less and I see no more cockroaches going here and there at night.

3. Under the washing machine
No need to put a lot, just small amount of it is enough. Importantly put to places where the cockroaches will go.
Ensure you change the powder every 2 to 3 months. Before this, I change after 6 months and I noticed the cockroaches are becoming more and more. Again they are having their night strolls. After I change for every 2 to 3 months, I didn’t see them anymore.
Last time I bought the powder poison at Lazada RM20 for 50 packets but the listing has been taken out.
