I was surprised suddenly my order at Shopee Malaysia was cancelled by them. It seems the shop was also banned from Shopee.
So I emailed Shopee asking about this, their formal answer was they will refund the money within 7 to 14 working days without giving details why the order was cancelled.
Fortunately, I received the refund. It makes you feel more confident in buying from Shopee website.
