Order Cancellation
I made my first order at AliExpress and I made mistake in the number of quantity I ordered. So I had to cancel my order because I didn’t want to pay higher postal fee from same seller.
I cancelled my order immediately after I made payment and informed the seller as well.
So the cancellation was easy.
Anyway AliExpress did charge to my credit card on 30th December 2019.
Refund Status
You can check the refund status at the order details by clicking on Financial.
According to AliExpress website, they will do the refund within 3 – 20 business days.
Received Refund with Different Amount
I received my refund on 8th January 2020 which it took 9 calendar days or 6 business days.
There is a difference of charged amount and refund.
Charged: RM3.11
Refund: RM2.96
Difference: RM0.15
I think the difference is due to difference USD rate between when I bought it and when it was refunded.
