I ordered Pokemon rubbers from a seller. Shopee website informed that it would be delivered in a month after order date.
After one month, when I follow up, the seller informed it couldn’t be delivered. She is not sure when it will be delivered.
So I decided to cancel my order.
If the order is already 3 days old, you must get seller’s approval to cancel order. If seller won’t approve, Shopee will do deliberation.
To avoid any issue, I chat with seller to approve my order cancellation because it is too long. Fortunately she agreed to it.

As you can see, I received on same day after approved cancellation. Based on Shopee SOP, it would take them at least 3 working days.
So to cancel order for more than 3 days
1) Have a good reason
2) Get seller’s approval by informing her directly via Shopee Chat.
