First time we ate at Kafe Deli Bakery in Kota Damansara. It was full house, we had to wait for 10 minutes to get seats. We tried to eat at the Kafe Deli Bakery because it was full that triggered our curiosity to try its foods.

We order mee goreng mamak, mee hoon goreng, wantan mee, chicken chop and its fillet of fish.

The foods were delicious. My mee goreng mamak got pieces of chickens, sawi. If I eat at Mamak restaurant they just provides you plain noodle for your mee goreng mamak.

The price is also reasonable.

I found out that:

First 10 years – we pay 50% of total interest
Second 10 years – we pay 36% of total interest
Third 10 years – we pay 14% of total interest

OR in other words

First 10 years – we only pay principal of RM19,991 or 20% of RM100k
Second 10 years – we only pay principal of RM31,200 or 31% of RM100k
Third 10 years – we only pay principal of 48,890 or 49% of RM100k.

In short, we make the bank rich first then only then we pay our debt.

Method #1: Check the post value of ‘h-captcha-response’

The problem with the form as it is, if a user doesn’t do the hCaptcha test, the user still can submit the form. So we need to add javascript checking on the client side to check whether the user has done the captcha test or no.

If you have done the captcha test, hCaptcha will send a string of response in the $_POST[‘h-captcha-response’]. If not this string will be empty.

Unfortunately we don’t receive one of payments amounted to around RM300. We received an email from Airbnb saying that the payment will be in by latest 13th June 2022.

Payment Method

For Airbnb payment method, we use bank transfer. You just need to fill in your correct SWIFT code. You can get your SWIFT code from your bank.

After contacting Airbnb support, immediately we received phone call from Airbnb.

I think Airbnb gives priority support to superhost like us.

According to Airbnb, they already transferred the money to our bank account. We should check with our bank whether the fund is floating.

When we contacted our bank, according to them there is not floating fund to our account.

The bank asked us to get ARN number from Airbnb to confirm that they did transfer the money.

An acquirer reference number, or ARN, is a unique number created in credit or debit card transactions when it transfers from the merchant’s bank through the payment processor, and to the card holder’s bank.

These unique digits make your transaction traceable so if an error occurs with the bank or merchant accounts, the information can be found.

Payment Received

After we informed Airbnb to give us the ARN number. The support agent forwarded our request to another Airbnb agent who was specialist in money transfer problem.

After the tracing was done, we received the payment within 5 hours.
