Pada 26 November 2023 telah diadakan karnival bestari SK Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam, Selangor. Pelbagai mainan yang menarik untuk pelajar-pelajar SKBJ.
Hadien dan Hadeef mengunjungi karnival tersebut dan sangat gembira dan berpuas hati dengan mainan yang disediakan.

I have rusty water pipe in my Delima Apartment in Bukit Jelutong. The apartment is 20 years old++ so its water pipe has lots of rust.
Once a year, I have to flush out the rust if not the water is yellowish, smelly and slow.
The plumber has to open all stop cocks at both toilets and kitchen and flushing out all the rust stuck at the stop cock.
Besides, I asked the plumber to replace the faulty rubber to stop the water from leaking everytime use the WC.
It costs me RM130 to flush out rush for 2 toilets and one kitchen including cleaning up the WC water tank and replacing the WC rubber.

If you want to do full settlement for your housing loan at Al Rajhi, you can follow these steps.

We had a 4 night 5 days vacation at Penang from 28/9 to 2/10/2023. I thought I would be a boring vacation because before this our trip was a bit boring.
Surprisingly, this holiday was really fun especially activities at Escape Penang & National Park.
Arrived in Penang around 5pM.
Check in at our Airbnb at Sunrise Gurney condominium.
We had our dinner at Fried Chicken Master. The chicken was not well cooked so I wouldn’t go here again.
Then we had a simple dessert at a Starbucks nearby.
We had our breakfast at Gemas Road Brothers. The queue was really long. I think the roti canai is overrated. I don’t really like it. The kuah taste sour and really spicy.
After breakfast, we went to Design Outlet – similar concept like premium outlet in Genting & Johor Bahru. We bought track suit for our next day activities at National Park.
We had our lunch at Coffee Bean in Design Outlet Mall.
We took our dinner at Lotus food court in Seri Tanjung.
After then we went to Medan Renong to eat pasembur at Ghani Pasembur.
For breakfast, we ate bread history breads that we bought at Lotus. Then we went for Penang National Park and arrived around 1030am.
We went to Monkey beach by boat. We had our lunch at the stall in Monkey beach. The maggi goreng was delicious.
After lunch we went up to Muka Light house. It took us 1 hour to go up and 40 mn to go down. It was really tiring, we stopped few times to reach at the top. For a fit person that can climb up in 20 minutes.
Then the kids swam at the beach and played sands.
We had our dinner around 5pm at McDonalds because we were so hungry after the activities.
Then at night, we went for supper at Pasembur Gurney road.
We had our breakfast at Ascott Hotel. Then we went to Escape Penang and arrive around 1000am.
We rode the longest waterslide, zip coaster, flying lemur and many more. It was really fun and tiring at same time.
For lunch we at A&W inside the park and dinner we just eat at the shopping mall near Gurney some of us ate Subway and some Coffee bean.
We fall asleep early with muscle pains around the body.
We had our breakfast at a nasi lemak restaurant nearby the Sunrise Gurney condominium. The nasi lemak was delicious.
Then we went back to Shah Alam and reached Shah Alam around 430pm.
Finally I fully settled my housing loan with Al Rajhi bank on 20th September 2023. I took the loan in April, 2010 with tenure of 35 years. At the time I want very low monthly installment that why I have very long tenure.
I started to reduce the principal slowly in May, 2021 then fully settled it by September 2023.

Total payment during 161 months: RM85,169 (RM529 x 161 months)
Monthly payment: RM529.33
First 13 years, I paid 70% interest! Only 30% towards principal.

I bought a Nescafe Dolce Gusto machine on 16th May 2023 at Mid Valley, KL.
I was looking for a coffee machine for quite sometimes just don’t know what type should I buy. At the end, I decided to buy a capsule coffee machine for easy maintenance and less clutters to keep all other coffee blends.
Besides, the capsules have different flavours from espresso, americano, cafe latte and caramel.
1) Water hotness have 3 levels (normal, medium hot and hot)
2) Water level can change according to a capsule water level needs

1) The coffee the machines produces has lots of tasty bubble.
2) I like the taste of the americano and espresso. I think it is better than Starbucks 🙂
3) Easy to use
1) It takes time before the water stops dripping from the capsule after blend. So either I have to wait till no more drip, or just take the capsule out and make sure the water is not drip on the floor etc.
