Touch & Go (TNG) Refund Request Status

PLUS charged me maximum toll fee of RM36.70 due to my mistake where I entered the toll using RFID but exit using Smart Tag.

Refund Status

As of now (25th January 2022),  I still don’t received the refund. I did my request on 21st January 2022. According to TNG it will be refunded within 30 days.

Latest as of 9th March 2022, still no refund. After the 30 days I had to email to careline@touchngo.com.my to ask Touch & Go to expedite my refund request.

I received SMS on 9th March 2022 that Touch & Go requires additional 14 working days to review my request.

For me Touch & Go very slow in doing their jobs.

Yahoo! I Received My Refund

I received my refund on 26th April 2022. I have to wait for 3 months since my refund request was on 21st January 2022.
